I am a student and my instructor said we will be using Skyepack materials in the course. How do I get access to the materials?
First, create an account and navigate to your school's channel. Your instructor may have given you a direct URL, or you can look for your school in the Channel Guide.
I am not able to find my course's pack in my schools channel. What should I do?
If you don't see your course's pack in your schools channel, the most likely reason is you have not yet been assigned permission to see it. If your instructor has notified you that it should be available to you, first verify that you created your account successfully (you will receive an authentication email after creating your acccount, and should be able to login to the Skyepack platform), and verify that you used the correct email address to create your account.
How do I get the Skyepack mobile app- and what does it do?
The Skyepack mobile app is available on iTunes and Google Play- you can find it by searching for 'Skyepack" in the app store.
How do I use the Note Tool in Skyepack?
The 'Note' button (bottom left of the screen while viewing a pack) allows you to create personal notes about the course content to help you review and study late. Only you will be able to see the notes you take (they are not shared with your instructor or other students), and notes sync across all the various devices that you use to access Skyepack. So, if you take a note while viewing your course materials on your laptop- then when you get to class, open up Skyepack on your iPad for a quick review before the exam-all the notes you took while on your laptop will be viewable.
How do I participate in Discussion Boards in Skyepack?
If the pack for your course uses discussion boards, you'll see a question prompt provided by your instructor at the top of the discussion board. To respond to the question, simply type your response, and click the submit button. Your response will immediately be posted to the discussion board.
I need to pay to access the pack for my course. Is the payment secure?
Skyepack uses a payment processing service that is known for their security and fraud prevention. Skyepack does not store your credit/debit card information.
I forgot my password! What should I do?
If you forgot yoru password- please got to www.skyepack.com. Click "Login" and select "Forgot your password?"
I'm having trouble accessing my content on my mobile device.
First, make sure you are using the Skyepack App (available at iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon App Store.) Using Skyepack through a mobile browser (Safari on an iPhone for example) will result in some lost functionality.
I'm having a technical problem with the Skyepack website or Skyepack app that isn't discussed here. What should I do?
If you are having a problem with the Skyepack website, please make sure you are using the most current version of a modern web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
